Message sent to be used at The Panama-California Exposition extending her good wishes for continued close relations between Hawaii and The United States. Signature certified as geniune by The Hawaii Promotion Committee and all formerly contained in an envelope extolling The distance between Hawaii and The United States with a note by Mildred Clemems Schenck that the whole upon her death to be given to The Bancroft Library.

Liliuokalani (b. September 2, 1838, Honolulu, HI–d. November 11, 1917, Honolulu, HI) was the first queen and last monarch of the Kingdom of Hawaii, ruling from January 29, 1891, until the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii on January 17, 1893.
